Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Reclaim app, published by Thomas S. Florus. By creating an account, you accept them.

The service

Reclaim helps you break your goals into sub-goals and steps, track your progress and look back every week and every month. The terms of the store you download the app from (for example Apple’s licensed application end user license agreement for the App Store) also apply.

Your account

• An account is required to save and sync your goals.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for what is done with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app: see Delete your account.

Your content

What you write in Reclaim (goals, steps, notes, reviews) belongs to you. You only allow us to store it, sync it across your devices and display it to you, for as long as needed to run the service. We don’t read it, use it or share it. You can export it at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Reclaim for personal and lawful purposes, without trying to disrupt the service, access other accounts’ data or bypass its protections.

Availability

We do our best to keep Reclaim running continuously, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. The app keeps working offline and syncs your changes when you’re back online. The app may evolve: features may be added, changed or removed.

Liability

Reclaim is a personal organization tool. It does not replace medical, sports, financial or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the decisions you make based on the app, or for data loss caused by factors outside our service. Remember to export your data regularly if it matters to you.

Ending use

You can stop using Reclaim and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms, after notifying you except in emergencies.

Personal data

How your data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. For a significant change, we will let you know in the app.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If there is a disagreement, write to us first at contact@reclaimgoals.app: we will look for an amicable solution.
